If you receive a product with a manufacturing defect, packaging defect, damage, or an incorrect item, you may request a replacement. Eligibility for Replacement You may request a replacement if: The product is damaged during transit. You receive the wrong product. The product has a manufacturing defect. The product packaging is tampered with upon delivery. How to Request a Replacement Please notify us within 48 hours of delivery by providing: Order number Clear photos/videos of the product and packaging Reason for the replacement request After verification, we will arrange a replacement at no additional cost. Non-Returnable Items For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or refunded: Opened or used skincare products Products damaged due to misuse or improper storage Products returned without original packaging Requests made after the specified reporting period Open Box Deliveries If your order is delivered through an open-box delivery service: Please inspect the package and products in the presence of the delivery partner. In case of shortages, wrong items, or visible damage, report it immediately and obtain written confirmation from the delivery partner. Take clear photographs of the package and products. Claims related to open-box deliveries must be submitted within 3 days of delivery. Once an open-box delivery has been accepted without reporting any issues, replacement requests may not be accepted except in cases of manufacturing defects. Refund Policy Refunds will only be issued in the following circumstances: The ordered product is unavailable. A replacement cannot be provided for an approved claim. The order is cancelled before shipment. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. The actual credit time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
